Archway Contracting

This project involved a homeowner that contacted me via the internet for consultation on his basement bathroom.  He was doing all the work himself and wanted professional help with the tile work in his bathroom.

I came out and gave him an estimate versus 3 other contractors.  Mine was the highest estimate, but he chose to use me due to the professional service.

Here are some photos of the project.....

  The tile on the walls is an 18" x 18" modern porcelain tile that was cut in half by Archway Contracting in order to create a great style for a smaller shower. 

 The glass tile was used for an accent strip, the backside of the inset shelf and for the shower floor.

  All of the tile was furnished by the Tile Shop in Plymouth, MN.

For this project, the homeowner requested that we meet at the Tile Shop to discuss tile choices and patterns.

  Based on the fact that it was a basement bathroom and that their children would be using it the most, we decided that a durable porcelain tile was the best choice.

  The glass tile was then added to use as an accent and for the sloped shower floor.
